By accessing and using the COP Albany District Membership Service Check-In application ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a membership management and attendance tracking system for The Church of Pentecost - Albany District. This includes:

• Member registration and profile management
• Service attendance check-in
• Administrative tools for church leadership
• Attendance tracking and reporting
• Member communication and follow-up tools

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. The Church reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion.

4. Privacy and Data Protection
